All gift products / stock items may be subject
to availability. Where your choice is unavailable,
we will select a suitable substitute and we will
notify you of the change. Any substitute items
will be of equal or greater value than that selected
by the customer.
Fresh Flowers are Fragile
It is important to keep in mind the vulnerability
of flowers. Weather conditions such as heat, wind,
direct sunlight and rain along with other environmental
influences such as air conditioning, heating and
pollution will affect the condition and life of
fresh flowers. We provide care instructions with
all flower orders, which should be followed to
increase the life of the flowers. While we take
every effort to ensure the quality of our fresh
flowers & foliage, there may be influences or
circumstances beyond our control which may affect
the product. Please be sure to contact us as soon
as possible should you have any concerns about
the quality of our product.
Delivery Information
We can deliver Monday - Saturday. Sunday delivery
is available on Mothers' Day and St Valentines'
Day. All orders placed online on Saturday and
Sunday will not be attended to or sent until the
following Monday. We are unable to deliver flowers
on Public Holidays. All online orders must be
received by 9am on any given day, where delivery
is required on or for that day.
